Class Action Waiver

To make a class reservation, you must first have a class credit, a class pack, or a monthly membership. To buy class credits, a class pack, or a monthly membership, you can go to our website and log into your account (if you do not have an account, you will need to create one from our website by clicking login/register). Please note that our class, class packs, and membership prices are subject to change without notice. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your purchase. As soon as your charge is approved, your class credits, class packs, or monthly membership will be delivered to your account. If you fail to pay any charges when due, Vibez Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your privileges. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that Vibez Fit may incur in its efforts to collect any past due or unpaid balances from you. Class credits purchased are not refundable. Recurring monthly memberships are charged every month on the day of your initial purchase for the duration of the series and will not be eligible for a refund once the transaction is completed.

Membership Cancellations/Suspensions and Late Cancel Policy

Vibez Fit requires a minimum of 30-day notice prior to the next billing date for all membership cancellations. If canceled within 30 days, the full monthly amount will be collected on the next billing date, and the member will have access to the studios until those 30 days have expired. Please submit cancellation requests in writing by emailing hello@vibezfit.com with the following information included: full name, email associated with your Vibez Fit account, reason for canceling, and the date you wish to end your membership. Once received, a team member will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm. Please call the studio if you need help canceling your membership, would like to discuss other membership options, or if you have any further questions on our cancellation policies. If you would like to cancel a class after you have booked it, you must do so more than 5 hours in advance of the class start time. You can cancel a class reservation by simply logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel” option next to your upcoming classes. If you cancel more than 5 hours in advance, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you fail to cancel more than 5 hours in advance or “no show” to your class, you will lose your class credit, and unlimited members will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15 or a no-show cancellation fee of $25.

• Single classes expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
• 5-class packages expire 45 days from the date of purchase.
• 10-class packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Monthly unlimited packages renew every 30 days from the date of activation.
• Monthly unlimited packages are activated at the time of your first class.
• For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day.
• No one under the age of 16 is allowed in Vibez Fit without parental/guardian supervision.
• Although clinical studies concerning the effects of the whole body vibrating during pregnancy are lacking, we recommend consulting your doctor before working out at Vibez Fit if you are pregnant.

We collect certain personal information, such as names, postal and email addresses, credit card information, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our clients. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request, to improve the experience on our website, and to ensure a successful experience at VIBEZ FIT, LLC. VIBEZ FIT, LLC may also log non-personally identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate User data, and browser type, from Users of the site. This data is used to manage the Website, track usage, and improve the Website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Users. User IP addresses are also recorded for security and monitoring purposes. We may also record information about your usage, such as when you use the VIBEZ FIT, LLC website. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. “Web Beacons”) in HTML-based emails sent to our Users to track which emails are opened by recipients. We may also use a user’s email address to send updates, a newsletter, or news regarding VIBEZ FIT, LLC. Users may elect not to receive these emails by following opt-out instructions. VIBEZ FIT, LLC reserves the right to send you important notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.
