Donna was the Senior Vice President of Group Fitness Programming for Crunch for 18 years. She spearheaded the development of innovative programming that makes Crunch a leader in today’s competitive fitness industry. Donna has made significant contributions to the field through the creation of entertaining, yet highly effective group fitness classes.

Kelly is a mother of 3 girls and a Power Plate enthusiast. Kelly strives to be a great role model for her girls and teach them the importance of a healthy lifestyle. She first discovered Power Plate 15 years ago when living in London. Having 2 small children, she lacked the time for traditional 60-minute workouts. The 30-minute workout is what first attracted her to Power Plate. She immediately saw the benefits of the Power Plate and decided to become a certified Power Plate instructor and hoped to one day open her own studio. In Jan 2017 Kelly opened a Power Plate studio in Hinsdale, Ill. She had accomplished her dream of sharing this amazing machine with others. She then decided it was time to move on to her next Power Plate project.
In 2007 Sylvie left a successful career in the corporate world to become an entrepreneur with the opening of her studio “Biotonic Studio”, the first Power Plate (Whole Body Vibration) training center, based in Miami FL. Originally from France, she recognized the trend for 30-minute non-impact training programs to provide results.
She became a Power Plate Master Instructor in 2011. Sylvie’s responsibilities include teaching accredited courses, developing content, and performing at major domestic and international Fitness Conventions.
She speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently giving her the ability to effectively serve clients from around the globe while communicating important concepts with clarity and ease. Her motivation is to guide health professionals on the exciting path toward becoming successful instructors with an eye toward giving every student the motivation and confidence to teach new classes and use new technologies.
Sylvie is NASM-CPT, ACE-CPT, OPT for seniors, Axle, Anti Gravity Yoga, and TRX-C certified. She joined the Evidence Based Fitness Academy in 2014 to teach the benefits of barefoot training. She joined the Precor Coaching Center team soon after their acquisition of Queenax Functional Training.
