Q: "Is the studio available for private events?"
A: Yes, we love a good party! We would love to host your next event, whether it’s a birthday party, bachelorette party, shower, corporate event, fashion show, team-building event, or any other occasion. We can guarantee good vibez for all of your attendees.

Q: "What should I bring to class?"
A: All you need to bring is yourself, water & we suggest grip socks. Don’t have grip socks or water? No worries! You can purchase both in the studio.
Q: "Which class is good for beginners?"
A: All classes can be modified for every fitness level. (Fly Vibez is not permitted for first timers)
Q: "What time should I arrive for my first class?"
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts time and no later than 5 minutes before to be able to check in and get familiar with the Power Plate.
Q: "Can I workout on a Power Plate if I’m pregnant?"
A: Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient studies on whole-body vibration and pregnancy. Therefore, we kindly request that you wait until after delivering your little bundle of joy.
Power Plate is highly beneficial for postpartum recovery, and we eagerly anticipate your visit at that time. It can assist in shedding those extra baby pounds and regulating hormonal levels.
Q: "What is the membership cancellation policy?"
A: We require 30 Days Written Notice For Membership Cancellations –please email hello@vibezfit.com We do NOT prorate any payments for monthly memberships. Memberships last for 12 consecutive months and renew automatically at the end of every contract year.
Q: "What is the waitlist policy?"
A: WAITLIST POLICY: If a class is full you will be added to a waitlist for that class. You must purchase or have an active class package or membership before you can reserve a spot on the waitlist. If you don’t clear the waitlist a class credit will remain in your account for use in future classes.
You will receive a text or email notification if you clear the waitlist and you will automatically be enrolled in that class. If you are no longer interested in the class for which you are on the waitlist, you must remove yourself from the waitlist (online or by calling the studio) or you risk being charged whether or not you attend.
Q: "What is the late arrival policy?"
A: We cannot permit entry to class after the first 8 minutes. If you are running late, simply call the studio, and we can hold your spot until then. After the first 8 minutes, students are strictly prohibited from entering class for the safety of the entire studio.
